A bomb explosion in a mosque, being used as a voter registration center in Afghanistan’s eastern Khost province, has killed at least 14 people and wounded dozens of others. The blast comes two weeks after Islamic State militants claimed responsibility for a suicide attack on a voter registration center in Afghan capital, Kabul, that killed nearly 60 people.
