One of Cleveland, Ohio’s favorite bands, Filter, is on tour for their new CD released earlier this year “The Sun Comes Out Tonight.” Filter has been together for 20 years and recorded their biggest hit “Take a Picture” in 2000 which made it to Billboard's Top 20.
