Hagel Defends Bergdahl-Taliban Swap on Capitol Hill

The swap of a U.S. soldier for five Taliban militants continues to roil Capitol Hill, where U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel defended the deal as the right decision made under imperfect circumstances.
