They are some of the most influential women in history, but you might have never heard of them. They were Pharaohs and pirates, scientists and spies, warriors and witches. They are the subject of a new book Rejected Princesses: Tales of History's Boldest Heroines, Hellions, and Heretics. Author Jason Porath a former animator at Dreamworks, spoke with American Cafe about the book, the women, and their roles in shaping our world.
