Delhi High Court Employs Acid Attack Victims and Transgender

India's High Court has taken the unusual step of offering jobs to five female acid attack victims as well as a transgender person. With this decision, a first of its kind, the New Delhi-based court has tried to speed up the wheel of justice in India, notorious for how slowly it moves. VOA's Ritul Joshi reports from Delhi.
