Folger Exhibit Highlights Shakespeare's Ties to America
This spring marks the 400th anniversary of the death of William Shakespeare. The English author's contemporaries could never have imagined his impact on world literature and drama - reading his works a rite of passage for practically every American high school student in the modern age. Shakespeare’s great influence is being showcased in a new exhibit at the Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington. VOA’s Vadim Allen has more, Joy Wagner narrates his report.
