Mosul Civilians Sift Through Rubble as Coalition Takes Fiercely Held Neighborhoods
Iraqi forces say they have made significant gains against Islamic State militants in and around Mosul in recent days, capturing some of the group's most fiercely held neighborhoods in the eastern part of the city. And while 145,000 people have fled their homes since this offensive began, Mosul remains crowded with families, desperate to rebuild their lives and their decimated city.
