In one of the deadliest countries in the world for land defenders, Nora Taquinas, an indigenous Nasa activist, works with youth to create economic substitutes to illicit marijuana farming as part of an effort to weaken the power of armed groups. Her mission is the result of a 2019 massacre that Taquinas survived, strengthening her resolve to protect her community.
