Vietnam’s cuisine is becoming a popular cultural trend in the U.S. as a growing number of Americans acquire a taste for the savory beef soup called pho. The slow-cooked dish might follow the path of Italian pizza, Mexican salsa and Japanese sushi -- to be enjoyed across America.
